Any accessories order over $49 and all bikes qualify for free standard shipping.
We pride ourselves on providing the best overall customer experience from the time you place your order to the moment you receive your new IGOGOMI eBike. Our priority is to ship your new eBike as quickly and as safely as possible. That’s why we’ve developed our own heavy-duty custom bike boxes to ensure nothing can be damaged en route and why we use only the most reliable shipping partners in the business. We recommend you keep the box for future transport or in case you need to return the bike (Note: we do not accept returns after 15 days).
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO addresses. If this affects you please contact us for a quote on shipping rates.
Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by IGOGOMI are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:
We accept returns within 15 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.We may elect to not accept return of products that are not in their original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs.Note that if the product is defective, you may either request a refund, repair or an exchange per IGOGOMI Five-Years Limited Warranty.
